

Renata Kasprzak founded Red Rock Literary Agency in 2018, following a decade of experience in publishing, including roles as Rights Director and Publisher. Her career has spanned both trade and academic publishing, giving her extensive experience in international rights across fiction, general non-fiction, and academic and professional publishing.
At Red Rock, Renata works with publishers, literary agencies and authors, representing their books internationally and developing rights strategies across a wide range of markets. Her work is rooted in long-standing relationships with editors, publishers and co-agents around the world, and encompasses translation and international rights as well as selected film and documentary rights.
Originally from Poland, Renata is based in London and Portugal. Red Rock remains firmly rooted in London’s international publishing community, while Renata’s own international background and experience of working across different countries and publishing cultures have been central to the agency’s outlook and development.
Renata holds an MA in International Law from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Poland and an MA in Publishing from Kingston University in London.
